Part of the Selena Gomez collection for Nicole by OPI is this stand out flecky topcoat named Heavenly Angel. If you’re familiar with Revlon’s Moon Candy collection but don’t necessarily like the base color they provide, you’ll want to get your mitts on this asap! It’s far easier to apply as well – bonus! Big, small, shards, squares, chunks, it’s got all sorts of shapes and sizes of this glowy opalescent flecks. You’re going to just love it!
Again, it’s really hard to capture the beauty! I layered a few coats over the top of a deep teal. But it’d look fantastic over any color!
I believe this is a limited edition shade so you’ll have to get it before it’s gone!
