Get a Piece of the Coast!
Oooooh! Today I’m featuring one of my favorite Etsy shops – Beachwalkerz! Being the Etsy addict that I am, I couldn’t not share this shop with you nerdy birds!
A little snippet of the back story of Beachwalkerz: Skott and Jodi, an incredible couple from Oregon, walk the beach (hence the name!) and create unique goods inspired by their findings. Many of their products are one of a kind and make for some extra thoughtful gifts! (Valentine’s Day is coming up, wink wink)
Personally, I couldn’t wait to get a cowl, AH! Picking a color was a tough decision as I can’t figure out my “favorite”. Thankfully that’s when Jodi stepped in to help out. The result I am ecstatic with! Check ‘er out!
I was having a nail day with one of my good friends and she suggested we do an ombre manicure to highlight the other colors. The first picture of the cowl shows the sensational color blend of my nails to really make the yellow and blues that are woven into this fuchsia yarn stand out. Here are the colors on their own.
The Beachwalkerz Etsy shop also offers one of a kind driftwood picture holders so you can present your own pictures of yourself sporting your lovely cowl, walking the beach, or whatever you choose!

They don’t sand or chemical coat the driftwood so what you’re getting is the beautiful piece of work made by mother nature herself ![]()
Beachwalkerz offers more than just the cowls and driftwood photo holders. I keep looking at the upcycled lighting and trying to figure out ways I can work it into our house! That cobalt blue bottle light catches my eye every time! Make sure you check out all of their listings and snag some for yourself!
Ready for the extra good news? We’ve teamed up with Beachwalkerz to give you an incredible offer! You can get 10% off your purchase just by entering the promo code GETNERDY at checkout!*
(*If you aren’t familiar with the Etsy check out, it’ll be part of your last step before submitting your offer, on the right hand side above your total – you’ll be able to click and enter the code in.)
If you have any questions or would like a custom creation, please contact Skott and Jodi through their Etsy shop. For more beach inspiration, check out their blog too, Inspired by the Ocean (http://www.beachwalkerzinspired.blogspot.com/)

Seriously the coolest nails EVER! Gosh, I wish you lived closer so you could do my nails
I can’t believe how perfectly you matched the polish to the scarf! You are amazing!
Great post! Now…. our brains are swimming with ideas on how to incorporate driftwood+bottle lamps…. stay tuned!
I live in Portland, never been to those WA beaches but the pohtos are wonderful! I can see why it would make you homesick. I love living in the Pacific NW and the Oregon beaches are great too. Thanks for posting this feature on Skylin’s shop, I really enjoyed it.
