Remember when I said I was going to try to take better care of my feet this year? I found the magic to help me get there!
I’m becoming one of those weird super fans when it comes to Ablution Organic Body Care products. And that’s totally alright by me – the products work!
I’ve been battling some sort of mid-winter cold/illness junk this week that I just can’t seem to shake. So, naturally, I threw some Ablutions Warming Muscle Soak into my tub, let it get all hot and steamy and just inhaled the goodness. I think this is the only time my sinuses got any actual relief in days. And hello, sittin’ & soakin’ is a great way to relax and clear your mind 
After soaking for a bit, I grabbed my Ablutions Microdermabrasion Body Polish and scrubbed away at my tootsies. Sidebar: Remember me raving about how obsessed I am with scrubs? I brought this one into work and made some of my friends try it. Everyone loved it! Your hands instantly feel soft, smooth and totally revived! Men, who normally shy away from this type of thing, were amazed by the difference they felt in their hands. Men, use your scrub! Use lotion! It’s necessary! Okay, back to business here. My sinuses were blessed with the most unbelievable mix of lemon, lavender, patchouli, spearmint, peppermint, and rosemary oils as I buffed my feet up with this creamy refining scrub. I can’t wait to use this before shaving my legs! My skin is going to be so ridiculously silky smooth! Eee!
Following my sit, soak & scrub, my hooves got treated to Ablutions Organic Belly Balm. Yes, that’s right – belly balm. Let it be known that we don’t have children, nor do we ever plan on having them, thus making my need for belly balm a little confusing but I will explain. Products designed for pregnancy are often marked as some of my favorites for the reason that they are used to sooth skin that’s stretching, itching and changing. If they’re so great for pregnant ladies and all the changes they’re going through, obviously these products going to be even better for us non-baby bearing babes! I was also drawn to this because it smells like sweet orange and lavender. Such a sucker for scents!
I’ve been using this Belly Balm on my feet for the past 4-5 nights and the difference is night and day!Last night was the first time I realized that my sandpaper paws weren’t scratching their way down the bed as I crawled in. For someone who is as terrified of dry skin as I am, who knows how I could let me feet get so nasty in the first place!
I’ve seriously tried a million different things on my feet to get them to somewhat decent shape and for the first time ever, I found something that actually works! Ok. First let me just say I’m related to the creator of the Ablutions line… I love how this makes my skin feel. It does wonders for dry hands!! Holy crap! I didn’t like the scent initially, but as soon as I put it on and started to rub it in…. I was a believer! The dmell I’d nice. It sticks with you all day. I would highly recommend this product. Kudos to my most favorite sister!!
